PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All goods listed are subject to stock availability at time of ordering. In the event that we are unable to supply items from stock, they will be backordered unless otherwise directed by you. Should any products be out of stock or not easily procured within 7-10 days we will email you.

All items in our catalogue (at time of printing) & on our website are deemed correct; however, prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We often know of a price increase when we receive the goods ourselves. If we can't absorb the difference between the old and the new selling price we will not release the goods until the new invoice total has been agreed upon by the buyer.

DELIVERIES
Carrero Art* will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. We will not be held responsible for delays in delivery where events occur beyond our control.
We wish to advise that Carrero Art* is not responsible for any loss suffered due to damage, delay or non delivery by the courier company as Carrero Art*’s responsibility ends when the goods are loaded on to the carrier.
Customers can arrange their own transport; however we do ask that you call prior to collections to ensure the goods are ready.

PACKAGING & HANDLING CHARGES
Freight is charged per the standard rates obtained from the courier:

Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane Metro areas up to 25kg, or equivalent cubic dimension, will incur a minimum $9.90 delivery fee. If the weight or cubic dimension is over the standard, freight will be charged according to the freight charges set by the courier company.

Country areas throughout Australia. Freight is calculated based on the postcode of your town, added to this will be a charge per kilo or on the cubic dimensions whichever is greater.

Couriers we use are Australia Post Fastway and Toll IPEC, whichever gives the lowest rate.

Packaging cost, if charged covers the time to pack the parcel and any packaging materials used.

CREDIT CLAIMS
Claims for damaged, incorrect or short delivered goods will not be recognised unless Carrero Art* is notified within seven (7) days of invoice date. All claims for credit must be authorised by our sales department and receive a “Return Authority Number” – (RAN). This number must be quoted in all correspondence relating to your claim.
Please take care when signing for deliveries from the courier that the numbers of parcels on the consignment note are the same as what is being received as well as identifying if there is any visible damage to the packaging. Be careful when discarding packaging – check for small items that may be suspected as not being supplied.

RETURN OF GOODS
Carrero Art* will accept return of goods sent incorrectly (or similar reason), providing the purchaser has followed the correct credit claim procedure, and will arrange pick up and return of goods. Under no circumstances shall the purchaser arrange for return of goods without contacting our sales department for approval first.
Similarly if the purchaser has made the error in ordering (or similar reason) a credit may be accepted subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the purchaser is responsible for the cost of the return freight.
Any items that have been specially ordered in or manufactured or are a non stock item are non returnable unless authorisation is granted.

OWNERSHIP
Property and ownership of all goods will remain the property of Carrero Art* until the purchaser has made full payment of the order.
In the event that the purchaser defaults in meeting the payment terms the purchaser shall allow our company, its employees or agent to enter upon the purchasers premises or the premises where the goods belonging to our company are stored for the sol purpose of repossessing the said goods as listed on our invoices as goods supplied. All reasonable access will be given to these persons.
